摘    要:用ATP酶染色等方法观察了稀土对BALB/C小鼠表皮Langerhans细胞(LC)的影响。结果显示:接触组表皮LC密度及Ia抗原阳性LC密度明显下降,细胞分布不均匀,LC树支状胞突减少、变短或消失。组织学表现为接触组皮肤增厚和弹力纤维、网状纤维增生。认为稀土可以损伤表皮LC。

Abstract:Langerhans cells (LC) in the back skin of BALB/C mice exposed to rare-earth metal were studied using ATPasemethod.The results showed that in the exposed mice the epidermal LC and Ia antigen positive LC decreased in density ,the distributionof cells were uneven,and the dendritic processes of LC appeared shorter,decressed in number or wer totally depleted. Histomorphologically, thickening of the skin and proliferation of elastic fibers and reticular fibers were exhibited. It is suggested that rare-earth metal may injure LC of skin.
