| 摘 要： | 目的 测定不同产地葛根中葛根素的含量。方法 用HPLC法测定，以MeOH—H2O-HAc-（25：75：0，5）为流动相，250nm为检测波长。结果葛根素在0．026—1．95μg与峰面积呈良好线性关系（r=0．9998），平均回收率为97．3％，RSD为1．35％（n=5）。结论 该法简单、快速、准确，适用于葛根中葛根素含量的测定。

| Abstract: | Objective Determination of Puerarin in the Redix Puerariae from different areas. Methods Puerarin were determined by HPLC. The mobile phase was MeOH-H20-HAc （25 ： 75 ： 0. 5 ）. Detection wavelength was at 250 nm. Results The Puerarin curve showed good linear correlation within 0. 026-1.95 μg（r = 0. 999 8 ）. The average recovery of Puerarin was 97. 3% with RSD of 1.35% （ n = 5）. Conclusion The method is simple and can be used to determine Puerarin with quick and accurate. |
