综合康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫病人生活质量的影响

目的探讨综合康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫病人生活质量的影响。方法 120例脑卒中恢复期病人,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组病人给予常规护理,观察组病人在常规护理基础上给予综合康复训练。治疗前后分别运用 Brunnstrom分级评定两组病人运动功能。结果 2个月后观察组病人的运动功能明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合康复训练可降低脑卒中偏瘫病人恢复期肢体残疾程度,提高生活质量。

The effect of comprehensive rehabilitation training on the quality of life in stroke patients with hemiplegia

Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation training on the quality of life in stroke patients with hemi- plegia.Methods 120 stroke patients at recovery stage were randomly divided into experiment group and control group.The patients in the control group(n=60)received rountine nursing,while the patients in the experiment group(n=60)were treated with routine nursing and comprehensive rehabilitation training.Brunnstrom scale was used to assess the patients' motor functions before and after treatment respectively.Result Two month later,the patients' motor function in the experiment group was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation training could lower the disability level of stroke patients with hemiplegia at recovery stage and improve their quality of life.
