慢性细菌性前列腺炎116例病原学检查及治疗观察

目的：观察慢性细菌性前列腺炎在病原学检查及药敏试验指导下常规途径给药治疗的效果。方法：对116例慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者采集分段尿液－前列腺液标本，作有关微生物培养和药物敏感试验，根据试验结果选用敏感的抗生素，以静脉或口服方式给药治疗，7－14天为一疗程。一个疗程后停药后4天再次采集标本进行病原学检查和观察疗效。结果：116例患者中104例检出细菌等微生物（89．66％），其中混合感染者6例（5．77％），无菌生长12例（10．34％），治疗有效89例，有效率为76．72％，结论：根据病原学检查和药敏试验选择使用抗生素，以常规途径给药治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎是一种有效和安全的方法。

Observation of aetiologic diagnosis and treatment for 116 cases of chronic bacterial prostatitis

Objective To probe the effect of treatment according to the aetiologic diagnosis and sensitive tests for 116 patients with chronic bacterial prostatitis. Methods The samples of urine; prostate liquids were collected separately and isolated for bacteria or other agents. According to the results of tests, the antibiotics were used by IV or PO for 7 to 14 days and then the samples were collected again for the bacteriologic test and judgment of treatment effection. Results The positive of bacteria or other agents were 104 cases of 116 patients (89.66%) and in which 6 cases were mixture infection (5.77%). Negative of bacteria or other microorganisms were 12 cases of the patiens (10.34%). The patients with positive bacteriologic diagnosis were treated by IC or PO with the antibiotic and in which 89 cases were effective (76.72%). Conclusion it is the effective and safe treatment method for the chronic bacterial prostatitis with the antibiotics through IV or PO route according to the result of bacteriologic diagnosis.
