水杨酸钠对豚鼠耳蜗螺旋神经节细胞核转录因子-κB蛋白表达的影响

目的：观察水杨酸钠对豚鼠螺旋神经节细胞核转录因子-κB（NF—κB）蛋白表达的影响。方法：将48只健康且耳廓反射正常的花色豚鼠随机分为4组（每组12只），采用免疫组织化学方法测定豚鼠内耳NF-κB蛋白表达。结果：水杨酸钠组螺旋神经节细胞NF-κB蛋白表达明显高于对照组（P＜0．01）、水杨酸钠加尼莫地平组（P＜0．01）及水杨酸钠加氯丙嗪组（P＜0．05）。结论：水杨般钠能促进豚鼠螺旋神经节细胞NF—κB蛋白表达；尼莫地平、氯丙嗪能使水杨酸钠引起的豚鼠螺旋神经节细胞NF-κB蛋白表达作用减弱。

The effect of nuclear factor-κB protein expression in spiral ganglion cells of cochlea by overdosage sodium salicylate injection in guinea pigs

OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of sodium salicylate on the nuclear factor-kappaB (NF-kappaB) protein expression in spiral ganglion cells. METHOD: Forty-eight healthy guinea pigs were randomly divided into four groups: group A: the control group (0.9% sodium chloride); group B: sodium salicylate [450 mg/(kg x d)] group; group C: sodium salicylate [450 mg/(kg x d)]+chlorpromazine [5 mg/(kg x d)] group; group D: sodium salicylate [450 mg/(kg x d)] +nimodipine [3 mg/(kg x d)] group. The protein expression level of NF-kappaB was examined by immunohistochemical method. RESULT: The protein expression of NF-kappaB in spiral ganglion cells of group B was significantly higher than that of other groups. CONCLUSION: Sodium salicylate can promote the protein expression of NF-kappaB in cochlear spiral ganglion cells. Nimodipine and chloropazine can weaken the protein expression of NF-kappaB, which is caused by sodium salicylate in cochlear spiral ganglion cells.
