针刺外关穴配合腰部运动疗法治疗急性腰扭伤

目的观察针刺外关穴配合腰部运动治疗急性腰扭伤的治疗效果。方法将87例患者随机分为治疗组48例,针刺外关穴配合腰部运动;对照组39例,常规取肾腧、大肠腧、腰阳关等穴。结果治疗组治愈率85.42%,总有效率97.92%,对照组治愈率51.28%,总有效率87.18%,两组治愈率及总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对急性腰扭伤患者行针刺外关穴配合腰部运动疗法具有较好的疗效。

Acupuncture at Waiguan point combined with waist sport in treating acute lumbar sprain

Objective To observe therapeutic effects of acupuncture at Waiguan point combined with waist sport in treating acute lumbar sprain.Methods 87 cases of acute lumbar muscle sprain were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group（n=48）was received acupuncture at Waiguan point（SJ5）combined with waist sport and control group（n=39）was received acupuncture at Shenshu, Dachangshu and Yaoyangguan etc. Results The cure rates in the treatment group and control group were 85.42 % and 51.28 ~ re- spectively;The total effective rates were 97,92 % and 87,18 % respectively;There were significant differences of the cure rate and total effective rate between the two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture at Waiguan point combined with waist sport is more effective in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain.
