| 摘 要： | 目的：建立测定舒郁胶囊中黄芩苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法：采用Hibar C18柱（250mm×4.6mm,5m）色谱柱,流动相为乙腈∶0.1%磷酸（15∶85）,流速1.0ml·min-1,检测波长218nm,柱温30℃。结果：黄芩苷浓度在6.2731.35g·ml-1与峰面积的线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.53%,RSD为1.54%（n=6）。结论：该方法准确可靠、简单快速,可用于舒郁胶囊的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish an HPLC method for determination of baiealin in Shuyu Capsule.Method：The Hibar C18 （250ram x 4.6mm, 5m ）was used,The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0, 1% aqueous phosphoric acid（ 15：85 ）;the flow rate was 1.0ml·min-1, the detection wavelength was at218 nm,the column temperature waskept at 30℃. Resuh：A good linear correlation of haicalin was observed within therange of 6.27 31.35μg· rain-1, The average reeovel7 was 98.53% with RSD 1.54% （n=6）.Conclusion ： Conclusion ： This method is accurate,simple and can be used for the quality control of Shuyu Capsule. |
