| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者的无创呼吸机治疗和护理。方法：治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组在对照组基础上使用无创机械通气。测定治疗前、后测心率、血气分析（呼吸困难和低氧）变化的迹象。结果：经过24h无创呼吸机治疗，治疗组pH值升高，氧分压升高，PaCO2降低，有显著差异，与对照组比较P〈0．05。结论：无创通气是治疗COPD急性加重期的一种有效治疗方法，但为了提高其疗效，合理护理十分必要。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the curative effect and nursing about noninvasive ventilation on acute exacerbations of COPD （AECOPD）. Methods ： 90 AECOPD were randomly divided into two group： 45 patients as treatment group （noninvasive ventilation）, and 45 patients as control group. Treatment group were treated by noninvasive ventilation. The HR, PH, PaCO2, PaO2 were detected. The dyspnea and anoxia were observed. Results：After the patients were treated for 24h; the PH and PaO2 in treatment group were highercompared with control group. In contrast, the PaCO2 were lower （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Noninvasive ventilation is an effective method on treat AECOPD. However, reasonable care is necessary for improve the curative effect. |
