| 摘 要： | 目的：观察普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法：选取符合条件的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者83例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，分别为43例和40例，比较分析其临床疗效。结果：两组治疗方案有效率分别为83.7%、52.5%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛，具有良好的临床效果和安全性，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigantc the clinical effect of Pregabalin in treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia. Methdos： 83 patients with Postherpetic Neuralgia were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group （43cases） and the control group （40cases）. Comparative analysis of the clinical curative effect. Results： The effective races of the two groups were 83.7%,52.5%. The treatment group was significantly higher than the other group. There was a significant difference. Conclusions：It is good clinical effect and safety of Pregabalin in treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia, and worthy to be popularized. |
