复方消化酶胶囊联合聚乙二醇治疗肠粘连患者的疗效观察

目的：观察复方消化酶胶囊联合聚乙二醇治疗肠粘连的临床疗效。方法：100例肠粘连的患者随机分为两组，每组50例，两组均服聚乙二醇1包每日二次；试验组三餐饭后加服复方消化酶胶囊2粒。4周后观察疗效。结果：试验组对腹痛、腹胀、排便不畅、嗳气症状改善有效率较对照组有显著差异（P＜0.05）。两组患者均未发现严重不良反应。结论：复方消化酶胶囊联合聚乙二醇治疗肠粘连的临床疗效明显优于单用聚乙二醇。

Compound digestive enzyme combined Polyethylene glycol therapeutic observation of the treatment of patients with intestinal adhesion

Objective：Effect of compound digestive enzyme combined Polyethylene glycol treatment the clinical curative effect of intestinal adhesion. Method.：100 cases of intestinal adhesion were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group, the two groups were clothes peg 1 pack two times a day after meals; the test group added compound digestive enzyme capsules 2. 4 weeks after curative effect. Result： The test group for abdominal pain, abdominal distention, defecation poor, belching symptoms improve the effective rate than the control group had significant difference （P〈0.05）. Two groups of patients had no serious adverse reactions were found. Conclusion： compound digestive enzyme capsule combined with polyethylene glycol treatment of intestinal adhesion clinical curative elffect is obviously superior to the single with polyethylene glycol.
