带状疱疹后神经痛的多种因素分析

目的：探讨带状疱疹后神经痛的多种因素情况。方法：分析我院收治的132例带状疱疹患者的临床资料，依据是否发生神经痛分为非神经痛带状疱疹组，即A组112例，带状疱疹并神经痛组，即B组20例。结果：两组带状疱疹患者年龄、前驱痛、皮损类型、疼痛程度、初治时间的比例情况具有明显差异，P〈0.05，差异均有统计学意义。两组带状疱疹患者性别、发热、受累神经比例无明显差异，P〉0.05。激素联合无环鸟苷治疗带状疱疹后期神经痛发生率明显低于激素联合病毒唑治疗后神经痛的发生率，P〈0.05，差异均有统计学意义。结论：年龄、有无前驱痛、皮损类型、疼痛程度、初治时间与带状疱疹后神经痛的发生有关，为指导临床治疗提供了可靠的理论依据。

The Multiple factor analysis of postherpetic neuralgia

Objective：To approach Multiple factor analysis of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods：To analyze 132 cases postherpetic neuralgia patients clinical data in our hospital,which was to be divided into Non neuralgia of herpes zoster group A group 112 cases and postherpetic neuralgia group B group 112 cases. Results：The Age、pain、precursor lesion type、the degree of pain、the proportion of initial treatment time of two groups postherpetic neuralgia patients were obviously difference,P〈0.05,the difference was statistical significance. Gender, fever, the involved nerve proportion of two groups postherpetic neuralgia patients were no difference,P〉0.05. The incidence of herpes zoster neuralgia of the late by Hormone combined and acyclic guanosine was lower than Hormone combined and ribavirin. P〈0.05,the difference was statistical significance. Conclusion：The Age、pain、precursor lesion type、the degree of pain、the proportion、Initial treatment time and post herpetic neuralgia associated,which was to be provided reliable theoretical basis.
