多层螺旋CT后处理VR和SSD在诊断肋骨转移瘤中的对比分析

摘    要:目的:探讨多层螺旋CT后处理中容积重建(VR)技术和表面遮盖显示(SSD)技术在肋骨转移瘤诊断中的应用。方法:对52例乳癌发生肋骨转移的患者应用多层螺旋CT采集图像后,分别采用VR及SSD等技术进行图像处理,观察两种后处理技术在不同类型肋骨转移瘤诊断中的准确率。结果:在52例患者中确诊发生成骨转移病灶103处,VR确诊率为100%(103/103),SSD确诊率为30.1%(31/103);发生溶骨性转移病灶20处,VR确诊率为100%(20/20),SSD确诊率为55%(11/20);发生混合型骨折病灶107处,VR确诊率为100%(107/107),SSD确诊率为71.03%(76/107);发生病理骨折病灶20处,VR确诊率为85%(17/20),SSD确诊率为100%(20/20);发生膨胀性生长病灶49处,VR及SSD确诊率都为100%。结论:VR无论在发现融骨性还是成骨性及混合性肋骨转移瘤上都具有相当大的优势,而SSD由于是表面遮盖技术只能在发现病理性骨折方面确诊率更高。

Abstract:Objective:To probe role of post-imaging treatment of multi-slice spiral CT of volume reconstruction (VR) technology and surface cover display(SSD) technology in diagnosing rib metastases. Methods:52 cases of breast cancer patients with rib metastasis were collected with MSCT, respectively, using VR and SSD technologies to image post-processing, in order to bring out differences of rib metastases diagnosis accuracy. Results: 52 patients diagnosed with bone metastases occurred 103 cases, VR diagnosis rate was 100%(103/103), SSD diagnosis rate was 30.1%(31/103);osteolytic metastases occurred for 20 cases, VR diagnosis was 100%(20/20), SSD diagnosis rate was 55%(11/20);mixed fracture occurred number of 107 cases, VR diagnosis was 100% (107/107), SSD diagnosed rate of 71.03%(76/107);number of pathological fractures of the 20, VR diagnosis rate 85%(17/20), SSD diagnosis rate was 100%(20/20);occurrence of the expansive growth of 49 cases , VR and SSD diagnosis rate was 100%;Conclusion:VR has advantage in discovery into the financial bone or rib bone and mixed with metastatic tumors, the SSD technology has only a better diagnosis rate of pathological fracture.
