我院106例特殊使用级抗菌药物临床使用会诊单回顾性分析

目的：分析我院特殊使用级抗菌药物使用现状，为临床提供用药参考。方法：收集我院2013年度106例特殊使用级抗菌药物临床使用会诊记录单，分析特殊使用级抗菌药物使用情况。结果：106例特殊使用级抗菌药物中，呼吸科使用最多，以亚胺培南西司他丁钠和头孢吡肟为主，大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌居多。结论：特殊使用级抗菌药物会诊的患者感染较重，且多数致病菌呈多重耐药，经临床药师参加会诊，能有效促进合理用药，提高药物治疗效果，延缓细菌耐药。

Retrospective analysis of 106 Clinical use of consultation of specialized antibacterial drugs in our hospital

Objective： to analyze the current application status of the specialized antibacterial drugs in our hospital, and provide reference for clinical utilization. Methods：collect 106 consultation records of specialized antibacterial drugs in our hospital in 2013, to analyze departments which use the specialized antibacterial drugs,kinds of drugs,pathogenic bacteria,etc. Results： in all of these 106 specialized antibacterial drugs, Department of respiration use it most frequently, which is composed of Imipenem and Cilastatin Sodium and cefepime Mainly, while escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae are in the majority. Conclusion： patients who use specialized antibacterial drugs infect heavily, as well as most of the pathogenic bacterias are in multiple drug resistance. After the clinical pharmacists participating in the consultation, it could promote the rational use of drugs, improve the effect of drug treatment and slow down bacterial drug resistance.
