带血管蒂皮瓣修复不同部位麻风足底溃疡效果评价

目的探讨麻风足底溃疡好发的不同部位带血管蒂皮瓣的修复方法。方法设计以趾背动脉和足底内侧动脉浅支为血管蒂的两种顺行皮瓣,分别转移修复麻风前足底溃疡和足根部溃疡共12例,皮瓣面积为3 cm×4 cm～4 cm×8 cm。结果除3例皮瓣延迟愈合外,其余移植皮瓣成活良好,12例均外形矫正满意,术后随访2年溃疡无复发。结论趾背动脉蒂皮瓣和顺行足底内侧动脉浅支蒂皮瓣,血管解剖比较恒定,操作简便,是修复麻风前足底和足根部溃疡的较好方法。

Clinical study on vascular pedicle skin flaps for repairing leprelcosis of footplate

Objective To discuss vascular pedicle skin flaps for repairing different parts of leprelcosis of footplate.Methods Dorsal digital artery pedicle skin flaps and medial plantar artery pedicle skin flaps were designed and transferred to the leprelcosis of the fore plantar and heel.Twelve patients were treated with those flaps which ranged from 4 cm×8 cm to 3 cm×4 cm in size.Results Only three patients with skin flap delayed union.Nine cases of flaps survived completely,with good outline form.Follow-up 2 years after operation showed no ulcer recurrence.Conclusions Dorsal digital artery pedicle skin flaps and medial plantar artery pedicle skin flaps,with good anatomical position and easy operation,which are good options for repairing sole of foot ulcer.
