| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨在不同气温条件下,合并有高血压病的颈内动脉系统脑梗死患者急性期的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、平均动脉压(MAP)与其近期预后的关系。方法:260例颈内动脉系统急性脑梗死合并高血压病患者按照起病前7 d的平均气温分3组,(1)低温组(平均气温<15℃)(n=99)。(2)常温组(平均气温15～28℃)(n=70)中。(3)高温组(平均气温>28℃)(n=91)入院后每8小时监测血压1次共10d。急性脑梗死近期预后用病程第14天的NIHSS评估。SBP、DBP、MAP与其近期预后的关系进行多元线性相关分析。结果:低温组和常温组患者病程第2天到第5天的MAP、SBP、DBP与其近期预后负相关,其中第3天MAP、SBP、DBP与近期预后的相关性最为显著(均P<0.01)。而高温组患者急性期血压与近期预后无明显相关性(均P>0.05)。结论:在低温和常温条件下,颈内动脉系统脑梗死合并高血压痛患者急性期第2天到第5天的血压与近期预后明显相关。
