| 摘 要： | 肝门胆管癌长期以来作为肝移植禁忌症,然而近年来许多研究改变了这一观点。本文通过检索分析近年来国内外肝移植治疗肝门胆管癌的相关研究资料,探讨目前该领域的成果及发展方向。肝移植治疗肝门胆管癌已经有了较系统的研究,肝移植已经成为可选的肝门胆管癌治疗方案,显著改善了部分患者的预后。同时肝移植方案亦存在许多不足,尚需深入研究。

| Abstract: | Hilar cholangiocarcinoma was considered as a contraindication of liver transplantation for a long time,but many clinical data strongly challenged this idea in recent years.We reviewed these articles and found that liver transplantation of hilar cholangiocarcinoma had been systemic studied.Liver transplantation is suitable for selected patients and it can change the prognosis obviously.Meanwhile,many defects also exist which need further study. |
