| 摘 要： | 目的探讨钙镁合剂联合谷胱甘肽对奥沙利铂相关神经毒性的预防作用。方法 41例接受mFOLFOX6方案化疗的结直肠癌患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组(n=20)化疗前静脉滴注钙镁合剂及谷胱甘肽,对照组(n=21)化疗前静脉滴注安慰剂。观察并分析两组患者治疗后奥沙利铂相关神经毒性发生率及程度。结果 8周期化疗结束后,Ⅱ、Ⅲ级神经毒性发生率治疗组为25.0%(5/20),对照组为57.1%(12/21),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.361,P<0.05);两组I级神经毒性发生率比较差异无统计学意义(40%vs 42.8%,P>0.05)。结论化疗前使用钙镁合剂和谷胱甘肽,能减少奥沙利铂剂量相关神经毒性的发生,可作为预防其神经毒性的措施。
