| 摘 要： | 目的观察进口替米沙坦对老年高血压伴葡萄糖糖耐量异常患者血糖及血压的影响。方法收集我院2008年9月至2010年9月60～80岁高血压伴糖耐量异常患者160例,随机数字表法分为两组。试验组采用替米沙进口坦80 mg口服,对照组采用进口雷米普利5 mg口服,均1次/日,疗程6个月。观察两组降压效果、对糖代谢的影响、肝肾功能及血脂谱的变化、咳嗽及血管神经水肿等不良反应的发生率。结果试验组患者血糖、血脂、胰岛素抵抗较对照组有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论进口替米沙坦除具有降压作用外,还能改善糖脂代谢,预防糖尿病的发生,患者咳嗽发生率低,耐受性好。
