| 摘 要： | 目的探讨重型颅脑损伤患者早期经皮内镜下胃造口（percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy,PEG）置管肠内营养的可行性及疗效。方法 2010年4月至2011年5月对32例重型颅脑损伤患者采用早期经皮PEG置管行肠内营养治疗。结果 32例患者均在颅脑损伤或开颅手术后第3～7天内实施PEG;全部置管成功,无操作死亡病例。并发症包括造口区皮肤渗血2例,红肿5例,感染1例,吸入性肺炎2例,上消化道出血1例。胃造口营养管保留时间7～185天,平均31.6天;32例中成活27例,死亡5例。结论重型颅脑损伤患者早期经皮PEG置管肠内营养有利于减少并发症,改善生存质量,且操作安全、舒适,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the feasibility and efficacy of enteral nutrition by early intubation through percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy(PEG) for severe traumatic brain injury.Methods Thirty-two patients with severe traumatic brain injury were treated with enteral nutrition therapy by early intubation through PEG from Apr 2010 to May 2011.Results All patients underwent PEG 3~7 days after head injury or craniotomy.Intubation was successfully carried out in all cases with no deaths during the operation.The ... |
