| 摘 要： | 目的探讨咪达唑仑在老年慢性硬膜下血肿(chronic subdural hematomas,CSDH)钻孔引流术中的应用效果。方法选择105例CSDH患者,按照序列号对照随机排列表分为对照组和试验组,分别采取局麻、局麻+咪达唑仑麻醉方式,进行单孔钻孔引流术。观察两组术中麻醉效果、术后血肿清除效果、术后并发症发生率等。结果两组术中心率等生命体征平稳,均顺利完成手术,血肿清除干净;与对照组比较,试验组术中躁动少,镇静效果好,术后并发症中颅内积气和血肿复发的发生率低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 老年CSDH患者进行钻孔手术局麻中加入咪达唑仑麻醉是安全和有效的。
