| 摘 要： | 肝移植已成为治疗各种原因所致的急慢性肝功能衰竭患者的一种有效治疗手段,但是关于重型肝炎/肝衰竭肝移植治疗的手术时机选择问题,目前国内外尚无统一标准。本文旨在通过总结国内外肝移植治疗肝衰竭的相关文献,结合我中心肝移植治疗重型肝炎/肝衰竭的经验,探讨肝移植治疗重型肝炎/肝衰竭的手术时机。

| Abstract: | Liver transplantation(LT) has been an effective therapy for patients with acute or chronic liver failure caused by all kinds of etiologies.However,there is no consistent standard to define when to transplant for severe hepatitis or liver failure worldwide.The review is aimed to discuss when to transplant is optimal by summarizing recent progress in the therapy for liver failure through LT combined with our experience. |
