| 摘 要： | 目的探讨背景音乐在结肠镜检查中的作用。方法选择北京友谊医院消化内镜中心2010年4～8月由同一位内镜医师进行结肠镜检查的196例患者,分为流行音乐组65例、古典音乐组63例和对照组68例,分别记录其进镜时间和痛苦评分。结果流行音乐组和古典音乐组的进镜时间、痛苦评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;而流行音乐组的进镜时间、痛苦评分均稍低于古典音乐组,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 结肠镜检查过程中应用背景音乐可以缩短进镜时间,降低患者的痛苦程度。
