| 摘 要： | 目的研究p53蛋白在大肠良恶性肿瘤中的表达,探讨其在大肠癌发生发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组化法检测40例大肠癌,22例大肠腺瘤中p53蛋白的表达情况,分析它们与大肠癌临床病理指标的关系。结果p53蛋白在大肠癌中的阳性表达率为50%,在大肠腺瘤的阳性表达率为9.09%,两者之间存在显著差异(P<0.01)。p53蛋白的阳性表达与大肠癌细胞分化程度及Dukes分期有关(P<0.05)。结论p53蛋白阳性表达可能与大肠癌发生发展有关,检测p53蛋白表达对大肠癌分级、分期有一定指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical significance and expression of p53 in benign and malignant colorectal tumors.Methods:The expression of p53 in 40 cases of colorectal cancer and 22 cases of colorectal adenoma was detected by immunohistochemistry.The relationship between expression and clinical pathological parameters was analyzed.Results:The positive rate of p53 in colorectal cancer was 50% and that in colorectal adenoma was 9.09%.The difference beeween the two groups was significant(P<0.01).The lower grade of differentiation was in colorectal cancer, the stronger expression of p53 was.The positive expression of p53 was significant difference with the histological grade and Dukes stage(P<0.05).Conclusions:p53 may play an important role in colorectal carcinogenesis.The detection of p53 may be used to evaluate the grading and staging colorectal cancer. |
