不良心理因素对高危青光眼患者术后并发症影响的临床研究

目的：探讨不良心理因素对高危青光眼患术后并发症的影响,摸索整体护理应用于专科疾病的具体方法。方法：将82例睡眠差,用药物控制 眼压无效的高危青光眼患随机分为两组,两组患在一般情况,用药,手术方式均无显差异,实验组实施整体护理,对照组用常规护理方法,并对其术后并发症发生情况进行比较。结果：实验组与对照组术后并发症发生率差异显。结论：（1）不良心理因素使高危青光眼患术后并发症增加;（2）运用整体护理方式对高危青光眼患采用“假想体验”法,寻找出患心理应激源,稳定其情绪,保证睡眠充足,能够有效地预防术后并发症的发生。（3）高危青光眼围手术期护理的重点是让患保持良好的心理状态和确保患充足的睡眠。

Clinical Studies on Effects of Adverse Psychological Factors on Postoperative Complications of High Risk Glaucoma

Objective To investigate effects of adverse psychological factors on postoperativecomplications of high risk glaucoma and to explore holistic nursing approaches in special diseases.Methods Eighty-two patients with high ocular tension glaucoma,who suffered from bad sleep andfailed to control ocular tension with drugs. were randomized into two groups. There was nosignificant difference in general condition,drug administration and surgical procedure between thetwo groups. Holistic nursing was performed in the study group and conventional nursing in thecontrol group. The postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. ResultsMorbidity of postoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower than that inthe control group (P <0. 01). Conclusion 1)Adverse psychological factors increase postoperativecomplications of patients with high risk glaucoma; 2)Postoperative complications can be preventedby holistic nursing,i. e. by using"hypothetical experience" find out sources of psychic stress of thepatients,stabilize their feelings and ensure them sufficient sleep; 3)The focal points of perioperativenursing of the patients with high risk glaucoma include:paying attention to mental health of thepatients,enabling them to keep good feelings and ensuring them sufficient sleep.
