| 摘 要： | 脑卒中患者最常见的肩部障碍有肩关节半脱位、肩痛和肩手综合征，尤其肩痛是影响患者上肢运动功能恢复的重要因素。本文通过对谷氨酸、P物质、乙酰胆碱、5-羟色胺、去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺等神经递质及其在疼痛传导通路中作用的研究进展进行综述，以探寻脑卒中后肩痛患者治疗的方法。

| Abstract: | Shoulder joint subluxation, shoulder pain and shoulder-hand syndrome are the most common shoulder disorders in patients after stroke. And shoulder pain is the main restriction factor in patients for the recovery of upper limb motor function. In this article, the function of glutamate, substance P, acetylcholine, serotonin, norepinephrine, dopamine and other neurotransmitters were reviewed, especially the role in the pain pathway, in order to seek a right way in the treatment of pa- tients with shoulder pain after stroke. |
