| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中药益胃冲剂对慢性萎缩性胃炎的治疗作用。方法 将６０例慢性萎缩性胃炎患治疗前后的症状、胃镜、病理进行对照，观察中药益胃冲剂对慢性萎缩性胃炎及胃癌前病变的治疗作用。结果 益胃冲剂对慢性萎缩性胃炎及癌前病变的综合疗效分析，症状改善率为９３％，胃镜及病理改善率为８５％。结论益胃冲剂对慢性萎缩性胃炎及胃癌前病变有较好的治疗作用。 |

| Abstract: | AIM To observe the clinical effect of Yiwei granule on chronic atrophic gastritis. METHODS Symptom,gastroscopy and pathology of 60 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were observed before treatment and after treatment. RESULTS After treatment the symptoms,gastroscopy and pathology were improved. The valid rate of symptoms was 93%, the valid rate of gastroscopy and pathology was 85%. CONCLUSION Yiwei granule has a fine effect on chronic astrophic gastritis. |
