| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肺癌的18F-FDGPET-CT诊断价值。方法对85例经手术病理证实,18F-FDGPET-CT资料完整的肺部肿块患者进行回顾性分析。18F-FDGPET-CT资料分别采用目测法、计算标准化摄取值(SUV)的半定量法及CT图像进行综合分析,并与病理结果相对照。结果18F-FDGPET-CT诊断肺部肿块性质的敏感度、特异性和准确度分别是91.2%(62/68)、76.4%(13/17)和88.2%(75/85)。18F-FDGPET-CT检查方法术前对纵隔淋巴结转移的分期与病理结果符合率分别为100%。结论18F-FDGPET-CT能准确地鉴别肺部肿块性质及确定纵隔淋巴结转移分期,是目前较好的肺癌影像诊断技术。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate 18F-FDG PET-CT seanning in the diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 18F-FDG PET-CT imaging of 85 patients and with pathologically approved pulmonary neoplasm.18F-FDG PET-CT data were analyzed semiquantitatively by calculating standardized uptake value(SUV),also by a visual method and CT images.Its results were compared with pathological results.Results The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy for detection of malignant mass of 18F-FDG PET-CT were 91.2%,76.4%,and 88.2% respectively.The accuracy of preoperative mediastinal lymph node staging was 100% by 18F-FDG PET-CT compared with pathological results.Conclusion 18F-FDG PET-CT was more accurate to discriminate the property of tumor and mediastinal lymph node stage status of lung cancer. |
