| 摘 要： | 目的探讨正畸矫治前后牙槽嵴吸收和根尖吸收状况。方法对矫治前198张、矫治后152张全口曲面断层片进行牙槽嵴吸收、根尖吸收的观测计数,以年龄、性别分组,χ2检验分析治疗前后牙槽嵴和根尖吸收状况。结果矫治后牙槽嵴和根尖吸收比矫治前严重,矫治前后差异有统计学意义,且下颌牙槽嵴吸收多于上颌（P〈0.001）。矫治前后牙槽嵴吸收、根尖吸收现象在各性别和年龄组中差异都无统计学意义。结论正畸矫治完成的患者普遍存在牙槽嵴吸收和根尖吸收,年龄和性别对矫治过程牙槽嵴吸收和根尖吸收无特殊影响。
