| Abstract: | Two cases of multicystic mesenchymal hamartoma of the liver in children are described. In both cases noninvasive imaging techniques (ultrasound, CT or MR, radionuclide scan) showed a bulky cystic mass suggesting a correct preoperative diagnosis, while selective arteriography defined the operability of the tumor. |
