| 摘 要： | 目的：观察不同时限预变性神经。方法家兔３６只分为６组，双侧腓总神经初切断，分别为于０，４，７，１４，２１和２８ｄ取材从大体、组织学、免疫组织细胞化学、电镜等方面观察神经损伤的变化。结果２ｗｋ预变性神经内膜管中空，雪旺细胞增生达高峰，其底膜成熟，近端神经瘤直径增粗达高峰。

| Abstract: | AIM To investigate predegenerated nerves in different periods. METHODS 36 family rabbits were randomized into 6 groups, both sides of the peroneal nerve were cut off and allowed to undergo predegeneration. 0, 4, 7, 14, 21, 28 days after the predegeneration, the cut rabbits peroneal nerves were observed histologically, immunocytochemically and by electron microscopy. RESULTS At 2 weeks, the predegenerated nerve endoneuial tubes were found to be empty. Schwann cells multiplied and the diameter of proximal nerve tumour widened close to the peak. The basal membrane also matured. CONCLUSION 2 weeks are the optimal period for predegenerated nerve grafting. |
