| 摘 要： | 目的研究人食管癌１０９细胞株经８－Ｂｒ－ｃＡＭＰ诱导后细胞凋亡的发生。方法用ＴＵＮＥＬ法观察诱导后细胞凋亡情况。结果食管癌１０９细胞株自发凋亡率为１０．３％，经８－Ｂｒ－ｃＡＭＰ诱导后凋亡倾向细胞增加。结论８—Ｂｒ－ｃＡＭＰ可具有促进入食管癌细胞凋亡的倾向。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the occrrence of apoptosis after human Eca - 109 cells were induced with 8 - Br -cAMP. Method The conduction of apoptosis ther induction was studied by TUNEL method. Results The results showed the automatic apoptosis rate of humna Eca - 109 cells was 10.3% and after the induction by 8 - Br - cAMP the cells with apoptosis bend increased. Conclusions It is suggested that 8 - Br - cAMP have the trend of promoting the apoptosis of human Eca -109 cells. |
