125例出生缺陷分析及相关因素探讨

目的 掌握出生缺陷发生的情况,探讨引起出生缺陷相关因素及提出干预措施.方法 按照全国出生缺陷监测中心制定的监测方案,对我院2004年1月～2007年12月住院分娩的围产儿逐一筛查.结果 4年间监测4144例围产儿,出生缺陷儿125例,出生缺陷的平均发生率3.02%,围产儿死亡率4.34%,出生缺陷儿死亡率72%,占围产儿死亡的50%,出生缺陷顺位前三位为腹水胎儿水肿、先天性心脏病、唇腭裂,农村出生缺陷发生率高于城镇,第4季度出生缺陷的发生率较高.结论 出生缺陷的防治以预防为主,广泛开展优生优育健康教育,加强婚前保健、围产期保健,开展产前诊断和优生咨询,以降低出生缺陷的发病率.

125Example birth defect analysis and correlation factor discussion

Objective To mastery the actuality of birth defects, explore the relative factors with it and bring forword intervention measures for it.Methods According to the plans made by the national monitor center of birth defects,we screened the perinatal infants one by one in our hospital from January in 2004 to December of 2007.Results 4144 cases were monitored in four years,125 cases were birth defects,the average morbidity were 3.02%, the mortality of perinatal infants were 4.34%,it is 72% in birth defects,which account for 50% of perinatal infants. Among birth defects the first three kinds were fetal hydrops with ascites, congenital heart disease, cleft lip and palate, the morbidity of birth defects in country washigher than that in cities, it was highest in the fourth season.Conclusion Prevention is the chief measure for birth defects, we should expand health education of prepotency abroad, strengthen premarital care and perinatal health care, expand prenatal diagnosis and eugenics counseling, as well as to debase the morbidity of birth defects.
