| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨坏死性筋膜炎的早期诊断及治疗,从而降低死亡率.方法 回顾性分析25例坏死性筋膜炎患者的临床资料.结果 25例患者,痊愈20例,死亡5例.结论 早期诊断及有效的治疗是治愈本病的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the early diagnosis and treatment of necrotic myofascitis and try to lower death rate.Method The clinical data of 25 cases with necrotic myofascitis were analyzed retrospectively.Result Among the 25 cases with necrotic myofascitis,20 cases recovered and 5 died.Conclusion Early diagnosis and effective treatment are of crucial importance for necrotic tendon velum. |
