PTCH蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达

目的 观察宫颈癌及正常宫颈组织中PTCH蛋白的表达,探讨宫颈癌中PTCH的异常激活与宫颈癌之间的关系.方法 采用免疫组化技术检测宫颈癌及正常宫颈组织PTCH蛋白的表达.结果 PTCH 在正常宫颈组织中不表达或低表达,而在癌组织中的表达明显高于正常宫颈组织,且其表达与患者的年龄、肿瘤大小无显著相关,而与其分化程度密切相关,随着分化程度的降低,表达显著增强.结论 Hedgehog信号通路中PTCH蛋白表达上调可能参与了宫颈癌的发病,其在宫颈癌的发生、发展等方面可能具有重要作用.

Expression and Significance of PTCH in Cervical Carcinoma

Objective To observe the expression of PTCH in cervical carcinoma and in normal cervical tissues,and to investigate the correlation between the abnormal activation of PTCH and cervical carcinoma.Methods Expression of PTCH was detected by the application of immunohistochemistry in cervical carcinoma and normal cervical tissues.ResultsPTCH was not or less expressed in normal cervical tissues,but significantly expressed in cervical carcinoma.The increased PTCH level was disassociated with age and tumorous size,but was considerably correlated with histological grades.Conclusions The up-regulation of PTCH in Hedgehog signaling pathway might be involved in cervical carcinoma,and it might perform an important role in the development and progression process of cervical carcinoma.
