摘    要:目的 本文通过对辽河油田地区健康体检成人骨密度状况的调查,为了解该地区骨密度现状和诊断、预防骨质疏松提供科学依据.方法 采用放射线吸收法测量了参加健康体检的长期居住在辽河油田地区的2 131(男性1 209,女性922)例成人的第2~4手指的平均骨密度.记录年龄,测量身高、体重,计算出体重指数,并进行统计学分析.结果 (1)辽河油田地区指骨骨密度男性大于女性并有显著性差异(P<0.05),不同性别BMI峰值均出现在30~39岁组,40岁以上随年龄增加逐渐减少.(2)人体在40岁后骨量减少和骨质疏松发生率随年龄增长而增高,女性骨量减少和骨质疏松发生率高于男性.(3)男女性BMD值均随BMI增加而升高.结论 辽河油田地区健康体验成人指骨骨密度随年龄变化,并与性别、BMI有关.

Abstract:Objective This study investigated the current bone mineral density(BMD)of healthy adults in Liaohe Oil Fieldand provided scientific evidence of diagnosis and prevention for osteoporosis.Methods Mean values of bone mineral density of the 2~4 phalanx with their age,height,weight and body mass index(BMI)were measured and analyzed in 2 131 healthy adults in Liaohe Oil Field(1 209 males and 922 females).Result(1)The mean values of BMD in males and females have significant difference in Liaohe Oil Field(P<0.05).Peak value of BMI in different gender was found in 30~39 age groups,and the BMI decreased with increase of age.(2)Osteoporosis rate increased significantly when aged more than 40 years old,especially in females.(3)The value of BMD in males and females increased with BMI increasing.Conclusions BMD of phalange in Liaohe Oil Field changes weith age and connects with sex and BMI.
