| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨联合应用微波进行根管消毒与机用镍钛根管銼进行根管预备的临床疗效.方法 对196颗慢性根尖周炎的前牙随机分为3组:微波与不锈钢器械组63颗,机用镍钛器械组65颗,微波与机用镍钛器械联合应用组68颗.结果 3组术后疼痛反应有显著差别,微波与机用镍钛器械联合应用组反应较轻(P<0.05),1年疗效则无明显差别(P>0.05).结论 微波与机用镍钛器械联合应用于根管治疗术一次法,可减轻术后疼痛反应,具有临床可行性.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of combining use of microwaves and nickel-titanium rotary file on root canal preparation.Methods One hundred and ninety-six infected anterior teeth were divided randomly into three groups:63 in the group treated by microwaves and stainless steel instruments,65 treated by nickel-titanium rotary instrument,and 68 treated by combining use of microwaves and nickel-titanium rotary system.Results There was a significant difference in postoperative pain among the three groups:less pain was observed in the group of microwaves and nickel-titanium rotary system(P<0.05).While for one-year treatment effect,there was no obvious difference(P>0.05).Conclusion One-visit endodontic treatment for infected root canals by combining use of microwaves and nickel-titanium rotary system can lessen the pain and has the clinical feasibility. |
