医学院学生龋齿情况调查分析

目的 了解我校医学院学生患龋齿的现况以及分析其影响因素,为制定有针对性龋病预防知识的宣传教育提供依据.方法 使用自制调查问卷对我校医学院1～4年级266名医学生进行调查,对调查结果应用spss17.0统计软件进行卡方检验、logistic回归分析统计学处理.结果 医学院学生总的患龋率为36.5%,男生患龋率为35.29%,女生患龋率为37.14%,男女生的患龋率无显著差异(χ2=0.084,P>0.05).城市学生患病率为9.1%,城镇学生患病率为20.0%,农村学生患病率为63.5%.调查结果每天刷牙的次数、刷牙方式、喝碳酸饮料与龋齿发生无显著相关,而换牙刷的频率、吃甜食、睡前吃甜食、早晚用同一根牙刷等因素与龋齿发生显著相关.结论 本次调查显示医学院学生龋齿患病率较低.男、女生患龋齿无显著差异.针对分析所得影响因素,进一步认识不良的口腔卫生习惯及生活习惯均与龋齿的关联,做好相关预防.

Analysis of Dental Caries Investigation of Medical Students

Objective To investigate the current status of the medical students who suffered from the dental caries in our school and analyze the factors,which would provide the basis for the propaganda of specific caries prevention.Methods Self-made questionnaires were used to investigate 266 medical students from Grade One to Grade four in our university.SPSS17.0 statistical software was adopted to analyze the result by chi-square test and logistic regression analysis statistical processing.Results The decay rate of medical students was 36.5%.The boys’ caries rate was 35.29%,while the girls’ was 37.14%.The caries rates of male and female students have no significant differences(χ2= 0.084,P>0.05).Urban students’ prevalence rate was 9.1%.prevalence rate of students in towns was 20.0%.Rural students’ prevalence rate was 63.5%.The factors such as the frequency and mode of brushing teeth every day and drinking carbonic acid beverage have nothing to do with caries,while the factors such as the frequency of changing the toothbrush,eating sweets,using the same toothbrush both in the morning and evening have a significant correlation to dental caries.Conclusion This investigation shows that the dental caries prevalence of medical students is low.There are no significant differences between boys and girls who have dental caries.In view of the analysis of the influencing factors,further understanding of poor oral hygiene and living habits are associated with cavities.More related prevention should be made.
