摘    要:目的建立外网查询平台,实现出入境人员体格检查相关业务办理情况实时查询,降低体检人员成本,实现证书真伪鉴别。方法依托于山东检验检疫系统广域网优势,建立智能门户,运用构件化技术,采用J2EE/WindowsDNA架构,引入面向对象的开发工具,采用Team Work的开发方法为体检者提供信息服务平台。结果体检者访问山东局门户网站,通过预设条件查询体检信息,实现便捷服务。口岸检验检疫部门通过集中访问信息系统的数据,实现高效业务处理,全面提升检验检疫的业务处理效率。结论通过国际旅行卫生保健信息管理系统外网查询平台的构建,实现体检者对体检业务办理情况的实时查询,减少不必要的时间、经济成本损耗,同时检验检疫部门利用该平台实现证书的联网核查,及时发现伪造、变造证书。

Abstract:Objective To build up a platform on internet to supply the synchronical information about the physical examination in real time,to reduce the cost,and to realize the certificate authentication on ports.Methods Relying on the network superiority of Shandong inspection and quarantine system to establish an intelligent gateway,using the component technology and J2EE /Windows DNA frame to Introduce object-oriented development tools,using Team Work method to provide the information service platform for physical examination.Results People can visit the website based on the preset conditions to search information,and get access to the convenient services.The inspection and quarantine departments on ports can also improve the efficiency.Conclusion The buildup of an international travel health information system on internet can reduce the unnecessary time waste and economic costs greatly,and be able to find out the counterfeited and altered certificates.
