钛是对人体生物安全性较高的金属材料之一,随着口腔医学技术的进步及制造工艺水平的提高,纯钛应用于口腔烤瓷修复工艺正一步步走向成熟.由于钛特殊的理化特性,其加工工艺有异于传统金属烤瓷,具体表现在预氧化处理、表面结构处理,钛-瓷热膨胀系数匹配等方面.近年来,中外学者们对钛烤瓷的材料和方法上进行不断地改进,以期更好的提高钛瓷间结合强度,对钛瓷更广泛的应用于临床具有重要意义.

Study of the Factors Influencing Titanium and Porcelain Bonding

Titanium is one of the metal materials of high biological safety to human body.With the improvement of the development of stomatology technology and the increasing level of manufacturing technology,the restoration process that applies pure titanium to dental porcelain is gradually stepping into maturity.Due to the special physicochemical property of titanium,its processing technology is different from the traditional porcelain fused to metal.These differences are exhibited specifically in aspects such as pre-oxidation treatment,surface structure treatment and titanium porcelain thermal expansion coefficient matching,etc.In recent years,Chinese and foreign scholars are improving the material and method of titanium porcelain so as to improve the bonding strength between titanium and porcelain,which is of great importance to apply titanium and porcelain to clinical practice widely.
