莆田学院医学院大学生早餐质量及影响因素调查分析

目的 了解大学生早餐就餐质量及其影响因素,为提高大学生早餐质量提供参考依据.方法 采用分层整群抽样的方法从不同年级抽取共273名学生,用自填问卷调查法收集其早餐情况资料,应用SPSS17.0统计软件进行χ2检验和logistic回归分析.结果 早餐质量好的比例仅占25%,其就餐质量与有无医护人员、母亲学历、早餐知识的了解程度有关.结论 大学生早餐质量不佳,早餐营养知识缺乏,很有必要给大学生开展营养健康教育,提高大学生对早餐的认识,从而提高大学生的早餐质量.

On the Quality of Breakfast and the Influencing Factors Among Students in Medical College of Putian University

Objective To explore the quality of breakfast and its influencing factors,providing data for improvement.Methods Two hundred and seventy-three students from different grades were chosen by stratified cluster sampling.Data about their breakfast was collected by their completing the questionnaires.SPSS was used to perform χ2 test and logistic regression analysis.Results Only 25% breakfast was with good quality,which is related to whether there were any medical personnel,the academic competency of the students’ mother and the knowledge about breakfast.Conclusion Breakfast quality of college students is not as good as expected and the students lack the knowledge of nutrition.Thus,it is necessary to carry out health education,raising the students’ awareness of breakfast and improving the quality of breakfast.
