青霉素过敏快速皮试仪在儿科应用的体会

目的 探讨青霉素快速皮试仪在儿科临床应用的可行性.方法 从440例做青霉素过敏试验的患儿中,随机分成实验组220例和对照组220例,采用青霉素快速过敏试验法与采用传统青霉素过敏试验皮内注射法作对照,并观察记录.结果 两种皮试方法结果比较,差异有统计学意义,两种皮试方法致患儿疼痛比较,差异有统计学意义.结论 青霉素快速皮试仪准确性高,效果可靠,安全,无痛,省时,具有临床应用价值.

Penicillin Allergy Quick Skin Tester in Pediatric Clinical Application

Objective To explore the feasibility of penicillin allergy quick skin tester in pediatric clinical application.Method 440 cases of penicillin allergy test children were randomly divided into experimental group(n=220) and control group(n=220),and penicillin quick allergy test method was used and compared with the traditional penicillin allergy test intradermal injection,and the data was recorded.Result By comparing the test results of the two methods,the difference was statistically significant;by comparing the pain caused by the two methods,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The penicillin allergy quick skin tester with high accuracy is reliable,safe,painless,time-saving and is of great value in clinic practice.
