| 摘 要： | 目的 探究临床上经椎板开窗式椎间盘摘除手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的可行性.方法对32例腰椎间盘突出症患者的手术治疗情况进行了总结.结果 优良率90.6%其中优21例,良8例,可3例.结论 手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的基本保证是病例的严格选择,手术方法的恰当选择,手术适应证的牢固掌握,手术并发症的预防控制.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the feasibility of clinical fenestration disc removal surgery for lumbar disc herniation.Method 32 cases of slipped lumbar disc surgeries were summarized.Result The excellent rate was 90.6%,with 21 excellent cases,8 good cases,and 3 acceptable cases.Conclusion The basic guarantees for the surgical treatment of slipped lumbar disc include such factors as the strictly selected cases,the proper choice of the surgical approach,a good command of the surgical indications,and the prevention and control of complications. |
