膝关节损伤的磁共振成像应用价值

摘    要:目的 探讨磁共振成像(Magnetic Resonance Imaging,MRI)在膝关节损伤中的诊断作用和价值.方法 选取一组膝关节外伤病例,均采用GE -0.35T低场MRI进行检查.本组病例共50例膝关节,男32例,女18例,年龄13 -55岁,损伤分为交叉韧带撕裂,半月板撕裂、关节软骨损伤、隐匿性骨折及骨折等.结果 MRI因其软组织分辨率高及多方位、多参数成像的特点,能够较明确的显示膝关节半月板、关节软骨、韧带、骨质改变及关节腔的积血或积液等.结论 MRI对于膝关节外伤的诊断具有重要价值,是膝关节外伤最理想的检查方法.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate MRI technology applied in the diagnosis of knee injury.Methods A group of knee trauma cases has been selected and examined by using the GE-0.35T low field MRI technology.The group is composed of 50 cases of knee injury,32 males and 18 females,aged 13-55.The damages are divided into the circulate ligament tear,the meniscus tear,the articular cartilage injury,the occult fracture and the fracture.Results MRI technology,with the character of high resolution,multi-faceted and multi-parameter imaging,can more explicitly show the meniscus,articular cartilage,ligament,bone changes and joint cavity hemorrhage or effusion.Conclusion MRI technology has an important value for the diagnosis of knee injuries,and is the best screening method of knee injury.
