胃癌连带性贫血与胃癌临床病理特点的相关性分析

目的 探讨胃癌患者连带性贫血与胃癌临床病理特点的相关性.方法 用统计学方法分析胃癌连带性贫血与临床病理特点的相关性.结果 胃癌病理组织学分型与贫血发生率无统计学意义(P＞0.05);胃癌临床病理分型与贫血发生率有统计学意义(P＜0.05);胃癌病理分期与贫血程度有统计学意义(P＜0.05);胃癌细胞分化程度与贫血程度无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 胃癌连带性贫血与胃癌临床病理分型以及胃癌病理临床分期具有一定的相关性,而与胃癌病理组织学分型以及胃癌细胞分化程度没有相关性.

Investigation of the Correlations Between Gastric Cancer Related Anemia and Characteristics of Clinical Pathology

Objective To discuss the correlation between gastric cancer-related anemia and the pathologic features of gastric cancer.Methods By Analyzing the relationship between gastric cancer-related anemia and the pathologic features of gastric cancer in a statistical method.Results There was no statistical significance between the histopathological typing and incidence of gastric cancer-related anemia(P>0.05).There was statistical significance between clinical pathology staging of gastric cancer and incidence of anemia(P<0.05).There was statistical significance between clinical pathology staging of gastric cancer and degree of anemia(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance between cell differentiation of gastric cancer and degree of anemia(P>0.05).Conclusion There was certain relevance between gastric cancer-related anemia and clinical pathological staging of gastric cancer,clinical pathological staging of gastric cancer.There was no direct relevance between gastric cancer-related anemia and histopathological typing of gastric cancer,cell differentiation of gastric cancer.
