| 摘 要： | [目的]总结颈椎脱位病人术前行渐进性大重量颅骨牵引复位的护理措施。[方法]回顾性分析38例颈椎脱位病人术前行渐进性大重量颅骨牵引复位的临床资料。[结果]本组病人牵引复位后成功36例,转行后路小关节突切除后复位2例,术前未出现明显并发症,均行前路椎间植骨融合,钢板内固定。[结论]加强颈椎脱位病人术前行渐进性大重量颅骨牵引复位的护理是手术成功的前提条件。
