喹诺酮类药物致肌肉骨骼系统不良反应文献分析

摘    要:目的归纳总结喹诺酮类药物致肌肉骨骼系统不良反应,为规避临床用药风险提供参考。方法利用中国医院数字图书馆的期刊知识库和维普、万方资源系统,辅以人工检索与喹诺酮类药物致肌肉骨骼系统不良反应有关的文献并进行分析总结。结果调查结果涉及12种喹诺酮类药物,不良反应出现最多的是左氧氟沙星、莫西沙星、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星;肌肉骨骼不良反应多表现为关节痛、跟腱炎等。结论应当高度重视喹诺酮类药物的肌肉骨骼系统不良反应,应避免对已知重症肌无力史的患者使用喹诺酮类药物。

Abstract:Objective To summarize the museuloskeletal adverse drug reactions (ADRs) induced by quinolones and provide reference for avoiding risks of clinical drug use. Methods ADRs of musculoskeletal system induced by quinolones were summarized and analyzed using the journal knowledge base at China Hospital Knowledge Database, and the resource system of CQVIP and Wanfang, supplemented by manual search. Results The research results involved 12 kinds of quinolones. Adverse reactions with the highest frequency were induced by levofloxacin, moxifloxacin, ciprofloxacin, and ofloxacin. Musculoskeletal adverse reactions were mainly manifested as joint pain, achilles tendon, etc. Conclusion Close attention should be paid to the adverse reactions of the musculoskeletal system induced by quinolones, as well as rational drug selection to improve the safety of medication.
