摘    要:目的运用多媒体神经行为测试评价系统中文版第三版(NES-C3),探讨二硫化碳(CS2)作业工人神经行为功能与CS2接触水平之间的关系。方法使用NES-C3对81名接触CS2工人的神经行为功能进行测试,并与其接触水平进行相关分析。结果接触二硫化碳水平与负性情绪(困惑—迷惘)呈正相关;与“瞬时记忆能力(记忆扫描准确数)”、“感知—注意力调转”能力等判断能力呈负相关。结论表明接触二硫化碳浓度越高,相应神经行为功能的影响越严重。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between neurobehavioral function and exposure levels of workers exposed to CS2.Methods The neurobehavioral function of 81 workers exposed to CS2 were tested with NES-C3 and its relation with exposure levels was analyzed.Results There is positive relationship between the exposure level and the puzzled,and negative relationship between the exposure level and the benton visual retention and switching attention.Conclusion These results showed that more exposure to CS2,the neurobehavioral function of the exposed will be more graveness.
