2008—2010年江苏省溧阳市重点人群尿碘与盐碘监测

目的了解溧阳市居民户食用盐的含碘情况及8～10岁儿童、育龄妇女的尿碘状况。方法2008—2010年每年重点抽取18岁～40岁育龄妇女和8岁～10岁儿童各50名，采集尿样及盐样；同时随机抽取300户居民盐样进行半定量测定。结果8岁～10岁儿童和育龄妇女的尿碘中位数均〉100Ixg／L，且〈50Ixg／L的比例〈5％；盐碘中位数为30．51mg／kg，碘盐合格率100．00％；居民盐样有碘率100％。结论澡阳市居民户食用盐的碘含量及8～10岁儿童、育龄妇女的碘营养状况已经达到国家消除碘缺乏病目标要求。

Urinary Iodine and Salt Iodine of Key Population in Liyang City in 2008 -2010

Objectives To understand the consumption of using iodine salt of residents and the urinary iodine of 8 to 10 year-old children and childbearing-age women in Liyang City. Methods Urine samples were collected from 50 childbearlng-age women （18 to 40 years old） and 50 children aged 8 to 10 in 2008 -2010; and 300 salt samples were randomly selected from households for semi-quantitative determination of iodine. Results The median urinary iodine of samples collected from children and women was 〉 100 μg/L, and less than 5% of them were 〈50 μg/L. Iodine was detected in all salt samples; the median salt iodine content was 30.51 mg/kg, and the pass rate for iodized salt was 100%. Conclusions The content of salt iodine in Liyang and the iodine nutritional status of children aged 8 to 10 as well as childbearing-age women have reached the national goal and requirements of eliminating iodine deficiency.
