摘    要:目的调查德阳市城乡饮用水微生物污染情况,为保障饮用水安全提供科学依据。方法于2007--2010年连续4年检验德阳市城乡饮用水监测点出厂水水质,观察其菌落总数、总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群、大肠埃希氏菌等微生物指标及消毒情况;同时调查各监测点基本情况。结果各年度出厂水微生物指标合格率分别为77.26%、73.40%、84.45%、85.23%。2010年有63个监测点出厂水微生物指标超标。覆盖14.5万余人。结论4年间出厂水微生物指标合格率的提高无统计学意义;需加强集中式和小型集中式供水单位的水质消毒工作,积极增添消毒设备,同时保证消毒设备正常使用。

Abstract:Objectives To investigate the microbial contamination of drinking water in urban and rural areas of Deyang, in order to provide a scientific basis for protecting the safety of drinking water. Methods The quality of drinking water in monitoring points from urban and rural Deyang water factories was tested for four consecutive years in 2007 -2010. The microbial indicators, including the number of total colonies, total coliforms, heat- resistant coliform bacteria, Escherichia coli bacteria, and the situation of disinfection were observed; and the basic situation of each monitoring point was surveyed. Results The pass rate of microbial indicators in finished water from water factories in the 4 years was 77.26% , 73.40% , 84.45% , 85.23%. The microbial indicators exceeded the limit of standards in 63 monitoring water stations in 2010, which covering 14.5 million people. Conclusions The pass rate for microbial indicators in the treated water was not improved statistically in these 4 years ; strengthening the disinfection of centralized and small -scale centralized water supply units, improving disinfection equipment while ensuring their normal use are needed.
