公交客车空调铜、铝翅片散热器抑菌性能对比分析

摘    要:目的通过公交客车空调铜、铝翅片散热器抑菌性能的比对、分析,初步探索不同金属材料对公交客车微生物污染的控制效果,验证铜材料应用在空调上的抑菌性能。方法在公交客车空调使用的早、中、晚三个时间段(5月、7月、9月)对公交客车车厢内空气及空调散热器翅片进行微生物采样检验,以公交客车停车场大气作为对照。结果空调散热器翅片采用铜材质后其表面细菌总数和真菌总数均显著低于铝翅片(P〈0.05)。而随使用时间的增长,与铝翅片散热器空调相比铜翅片散热器空调对空调公交客车车厢空气中细菌的生长可呈现轻微抑制的趋势。结论与铝相比,铜作为表面材料与细菌和真菌接触后能发挥显著的抑菌性能。

Abstract:Objectives To investigate the antibacterial capability of copper fin and aluminum fin on the evaporator of bus air-conditioning system. Methods Air-samples from the carriage of buses and samples taken from the surface of evaporator were collected for microbiological examination while the air-conditioners were running. Air samples from parking areas were used as a control. Results The total bacterial counts and total fungal counts from the surface of copper fin were significantly lower than those of aluminum fin ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Copper used as a surface material possesses significantly antibacterial capability in comparison with aluminum.
